Who are we?
SustainLab was founded in 2020 by professionals in sustainability and computer science. We are a group of diverse professionals with shared concerns about sustainability and environmental issues. We came together and invested our time and passion to help companies, the main contributors to the issues, to accelerate change for better business - better planet.
What will you contribute with?
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our sustainability software. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the implementation process, providing ongoing support both in software usage and in consultative services that we do offer, and fostering long-term relationships. Your success in this role will directly contribute to our mission of promoting sustainable practices globally.

You are passionate about sustainability technology and thrive when everyday has a new challenge. You have experience in Customer Success or customer facing roles, in the software sector. You understand sustainability, data and have a passion for data analytics and people.
What will you do?
Manage customer projects and ensure that customer needs and expectations are delivered to our development team
Manage customer handoff from the sales team, onboard customers ensuring they start using our product confidently, follow and educate during the product adoption process and monitor their expectations and needs
Manage and conduct consultancy projects in sustainability and data
Support customers in their sustainability reporting according to various legislations, such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR, CDP, SBTi and GRI.
Stay updated on sustainability reporting standards and support our customers to meet requirements
Become proficient in using the SustainLab platform to ingest, process and visualise Sustainability data
Work closely with the Technical, Sales, Marketing and Sustainability teams

What qualifications should you have?
You come with 2-5 year’s experience from a sustainability customer facing role, sustainability consulting, sustainability reporting, or a related field
Experience from sustainability work or studies is a must. Previous experience of sustainability reporting standards and carbon calculation methods, and/or an understanding of the CSRD legislation is preferred
Passion for technology, sustainability and customer service
Studies in engineering, software, sustainability, business or related fields or proof of exceptional ability in the field
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Solution oriented, iterative and used to work in a fast paced environment. Previous start up experience is a plus.
A systematic but pragmatic approach paired with a high sense of ownership and taking pride in the work you accomplish as a team
Experience from roles implying data handling and data analytics is a bonus
Fluent in English and Swedish. Note! For this role, Swedish is required
