She brings 7+ years of real estate expertise, with a dedicated focus on ESG for over 4 years. Previously, she contributed her strategic insights at PE Teknik & Arkitektur and Aros Bostadsutveckling.

Simon Iaffa Nylén, Head of Sustainability at Regio & Sustainability Manager at Brunswick Real Estate

Holding dual roles as the Head of Sustainability at Fastighets AB Regio, a Swedish long-term property owner, and as the Sustainability Manager at Brunswick Real Estate, a Nordic investor focused on real estate, Simon's responsibilities span across developing sustainability strategies, assessing the companies' impact on people and the planet, managing risks, and tracking sustainability goals using various metrics.

Maria Svantemark, CEO & Co-Founder at SustainLab

Maria is a changemaker for sustainability and equality, and the CEO and Co-Founder of SustainLab. She was previously the Nordic Sustainability Manager for Nomad Foods.
