The position is a parental leave cover starting on April 1, 2026 or earlier, until the end of February 2027, with the possibility of extension.

About the role
As Customer Success Manager you are responsible for ensuring our customers succeed with SustainLab's platform and their sustainability work. You work closely with customers from onboarding to ongoing usage and serve as the link between the customer, product development, and sales.

You have experience in Customer Success or customer-facing roles and have a background in sustainability, data, and/or analytics.
What will you do?
Become an expert on SustainLab's platform to collect, process, and visualize sustainability data
Support customers in sustainability reporting according to regulations, primarily CSRD, GHGP, and SBTi, but also for example the EU taxonomy, SFDR, CDP, and GRI
Be responsible for the handover from the sales team and onboarding of new customers
Follow and support customers throughout the entire implementation and user journey
Lead customer projects and ensure that customer needs are communicated to the development team
Keep updated on regulations and reporting requirements within sustainability
Work closely with the Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams
Learn our data infrastructure and work with data management and calculations
Participate in the development of our software based on customer needs
Contribute to testing, requirements gathering, and product launches
Contribute to a culture characterized by collaboration, quality, growth, and decisiveness
What qualifications are we looking for?
Education in sustainability or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in sustainability work and climate calculations is a requirement
Experience in sustainability reporting or CSRD is an advantage
Very good communication and social skills
Solution-oriented, structured but pragmatic, and used to a fast pace
Experience from startups is a plus
High sense of responsibility and pride in the team's joint delivery
Experience in Customer Success, customer-facing roles, and/or data analysis is an advantage
Fluent in Swedish and English. Note: fluent Swedish is a requirement for this role
