What you will be doing
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you'll be in a role that blends marketing expertise with sales. This position is designed to create a smooth flow between marketing initiatives and sales processes, ensuring a cohesive approach to our sustainability solutions.
You'll be the core of our customer engagement strategy, managing our Hubspot system for outbound marketing, running campaigns, and generating quality leads. Simultaneously, you'll support our sales team by conducting software demonstrations, creating presentations, and sharing your sustainability knowledge during the early stages of the sales process.
This integrated role requires you to work cross-functionally, leveraging your adaptability and strong collaboration skills. Your problem-solving abilities will show as you develop strategies aligning marketing efforts with sales goals and work with your colleagues to drive change. Your position at the marketing-sales nexus allows you to combine creativity and analytical skills, contributing significantly to our goals to drive sustainability impact for better business and, subsequently, a better life on the planet.
Your responsibilities
Marketing and Sales:
Optimise our CRM & Marketing Automation (Hubspot) for effective outbound marketing strategies
Manage marketing campaigns and generate quality leads
Create engaging content that showcases our sustainability solutions across various channels
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
Engage in pre-sales activities, including lead generation and qualification, nurturing potential customers through the early stages of the sales funnel, product demonstrations and presentations
Sustainability Expertise:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging sustainability legislation
Analyse different industries to understand their sustainability needs
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams
Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to inform product development, sales and marketing strategies
What we're looking for
The candidate we’re looking for is knowledgeable in marketing, has a strong interest in sales and is willing to learn about sustainability. We believe that with the right motivation, you can learn anything, but here are some qualifications we’re looking for:
Post-secondary education in a relevant field
A minimum of 2 year working experience
Experience working in B2B sales, preferably software sales
Experience with working with Hubspot as the CRM & Marketing Automation tool
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of sustainability concepts, legislation and reporting standards, and current trends.
Ability to translate complex sustainability concepts into engaging content
Adaptability and problem-solving skills
Self-starter!
Fluency in English and Swedish (Swedish is required for this role)
