Internship: Marketing & Content Creation

Who are we?
SustainLab is a startup founded by professionals in sustainability and computer science. Our vision is to accelerate change for better business – better planet. We are building an automated and easy-to-use sustainability management platform transforming data to simple and clear sustainability reports and manage sustainability processes.

What you will be doing?
As Marketing & Content Creation intern, you will be working closely with the Marketing Team Lead and the Commercial team to:
Brainstorm, ideate and execute interesting content topics, strategies and campaigns, and plan editorial calendar
Create both visual and written content for social media channels (mainly LinkedIn), website, blogs, newsletters, email marketing and advertising
Optimize blogs, website, ad copy, and relevant communication material for SEO
Create material for customer meetings, seminars, grant applications and PR activities
Track social media and website performance (e.g. LinkedIn analytics, Google analytics) and implement optimizations
Support the Commercial team and CEO in all different communication activities

Who are you?
You are passionate about sustainability, marketing and content creation and thrive when each day looks different. You are passionate about creating purposeful and valuable content to help drive sustainability communication faster and better. You understand that focus can shift quickly in a startup, so flexibility and proactivity is a must. You are also:
Knowledgeable or highly interested to learn more about corporate sustainability
Fluent in written and spoken English. Swedish is a plus but not mandatory
A great writer who is adaptable to different writing styles, has a flair for creative writing, with an eye for detail
Knowledgeable with SEO – or willing to learn fast
Passionate about making creative content, with a strong aesthetic sense and an eye for design (visual content creation skills are a plus)
Desire to learn new digital content marketing strategies, tactics and best practices
Curious, creative, and open, willing to share your ideas
Highly organized with a high level of accountability for your work
An independent self-starter with an insatiable curiosity and unrelenting drive to learn
Comfortable working in a diverse team
Able to join us full or part time for at least 16 weeks
